California Pizza Kitchen is always a good time. I visited with a friend who Service was a bit slow this day but they take care of requests and help with suggestions from the menu well. All the food came to the table and looked amazing. We had dynamite shrimp and a couple pizzas with salad and a tomato bisque soup. I enjoyed the selection of pizzas they have here as always. Definitely a must stop for a bite and a drink.

Stopped by California Pizza Kitchen and had a good experience overall. Customer service was friendly, and the tropical vodka rum drink was a solid 4/5; good flavor, just felt like it needed a little extra sour kick. I customized the BBQ Chicken Pizza by swapping the smoked bacon for spicy salami. Sounds odd, but it actually worked. The smoked BBQ chicken flavor stands out, and the cilantro adds a refreshing touch. I might try it with regular sauce next time, but it was still a good mix. The strawberry Fresca with guava wasn’t our favorite. It’s a mocktail with a good first sip, but it feels like something’s missing. Not alcohol just a more complete flavor. Thanks goes to our server for making it great.

Jenna was absolutely amazing 10/10 service from start to finish. She was so attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. I ordered the Alfredo pasta with cremini mushrooms and shrimp and it was incredible, rich and flavorful with perfectly cooked shrimp. The sangria was also excellent. Jenna really made the night special and I’ll definitely be coming back! Sit at the bar Jenna will take the BEST care of you!!!!

This place absolutely nails what the perfect pizza should be! Every bite is crisp yet tender. The crust is light, never doughy, and just melts in your mouth. What really sets them apart is their creativity with ingredients. The flavor combinations are well thought of and unique. The buffalo cauliflower was a standout for me. Had just the right kick of heat balanced with those rich blue cheese notes. I also tried the salmon with Thai-style rice and beans, and it was fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and impressively prepared. Even the simpler dishes shine. My kid loved the chicken and broccolini! Beyond the food, the experience really makes you want to go back. The servers are warm, attentive and friendly, despite the rush. The ambience is fun and casual which makes it a good spot for families or friends to visit. We loved our experience here and look forward to the next one! Definitely recommend for their pizzas!

This is the only restaurant we truly enjoy at Garden State Mall. It was my first time trying something different from my usual favorite, the California Club Pizza. This time I ordered the Mexican Street Corn and The Wedge salad to start — both were a good size and very tasty. For my main course, I had a burger that completely met my expectations. My husband, as always, ordered the Chicken Piccata, which never disappoints. Great service, reasonable prices, and consistently good food — we’ll definitely keep coming back
